The Kanesa Fujiwaraya Group operates 10 locations throughout the Tohoku region, providing alcohol to over 6,000 business partners including restaurants and hotels. In addition to basic job types such as delivery, sales, and sales administration, Kanesa Fujiwaraya offers diverse operations including real estate sales for restaurants and order management. For example, we have an environment where you can grow according to your aptitude and interests, such as starting with delivery, moving to sales, and then stepping up to real estate sales using your expertise, or becoming a data analysis specialist by gaining experience in order management. In 2023, we revised our personnel evaluation system, implementing career interviews and clarifying evaluation criteria. In 2024, we introduced a mobile order system as the first step in digital transformation, initiating efforts to reduce the burden on order management and sales.
