Don't worry. We conduct safe driving training after you join the company. We also have a subsidy system for obtaining a semi-medium-sized vehicle license, so even those without experience can start with confidence.

Initially, you will accompany experienced senior employees to learn the job. As you become more familiar, you will gradually be assigned your own routes.

Yes. There are personnel exchanges within the group, and while considering your preferences, you can branch out to various departments and positions. There are also opportunities for transfers within group companies.

There are certain conditions for dormitory entry. (Single individuals/distance from home to headquarters is over 30km and from outside neighboring cities and towns/under 40 years old)
