Completion of 2024 Management Development Training Program
2025.05.01

Hello, this is the General Affairs Department.
Since 2024, the Kanesa Group has been conducting training aimed at enhancing management skills and developing human capabilities for our management personnel.
Each month, we alternated between lectures by President Masamune and specialist instructors, and after approximately one year, we have completed this training program this month.
The final training session featured individual presentations on President Masamune’s assignment: “Will (what you want to become), Can (what you can become), Must (what you should become).”
We asked participants to share their thoughts after completing the training!
Fukushima Branch Deputy Manager, Mr. A
Participating in the management training provided me with an opportunity to reconsider what management truly means from various perspectives.
Through group discussions on each topic with fellow participants, each bringing their own thoughts and ideas, I gained valuable experience in understanding the importance and difficulty of organizing and communicating ideas.
Additionally, I feel that one of the significant benefits of this management training was experiencing the atmosphere of our headquarters and having the opportunity to interact with colleagues from headquarters, various branches, and sales offices whom I rarely have the chance to meet.
I would like to implement the fundamental management roles we learned—clearly defining objectives, giving instructions, and executing plans—throughout our branch operations.
Hachinohe Branch Deputy Manager, Mr. S
Through this training, I was able to learn primarily about management, leadership, and business operations.
My strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement became clear, and things I had previously approached somewhat intuitively now have a clear direction for how they should be handled moving forward.
Furthermore, regarding challenging contemporary issues such as compliance and harassment, I aim to stay continuously updated and respond flexibly. Based on the skills learned in this training, I want to contribute to human resource development, organizational building, and employment stability.
The 2025 management development training program will begin with some new members joining. Let’s continue to think individually and take on challenges to make our company an even better organization!
