General Affairs Department. We conduct training twice a month to improve our managerial and human skills. Once is a lecture and group meeting with an invited expert. The other is a discussion among participants with the president sharing his thoughts. To be honest, I am not very good at classroom learning, but it is fun to learn about things I don’t know! and it is nice to be able to share the thoughts of the leader again! I am glad to be able to share the thoughts of the leaders again! The lecture is a long one that will continue until the end of the fiscal year.
