Contact Form Issue Apology

We regret to inform you that due to a system configuration issue with our website’s “Contact Form,” we were unable to properly receive inquiry emails from customers.
This issue persisted for approximately two months, from December 10, 2024, to February 4, 2025. We deeply apologize for the significant inconvenience and trouble this has caused to customers who submitted inquiries during this period.

The issue has now been fixed, and the contact form is functioning normally.
We plan to contact individually those customers who submitted inquiries during the affected period to address their concerns.

Moving forward, we will strengthen our regular system inspections to prevent such incidents from occurring again and strive to improve our service quality for our customers.
